I have and use one - at 20 degrees, I have the mummy head covering drawstring pretty tight, but I sleep in a short sleeve shirt and one layer of pants so I don't sweat. So the 20 degree temp rating is for real. For $400 you can get a bag a full pound lighter and more compressible.

Paria Outdoor Products makes some fairly solid gear at reasonable prices. 2 lbs. 14 oz. for the regular sized down 15 degree mummy bag, for $140. A little more than I paid for my crappy hyke and byke bag (550 fill power down, over 3 lbs) so not a bad deal .

HykeandByke Down Bag Its not the lightest bag at 30oz not including the stuff sac, but compresses small and is surprisingly well made. I've only used on overnights down to around 45 but was very comfortable. It's not a huge bag but I'm 6ft and 200lbs and it fits me fine.
